Easter

Easter party was at Alma's again this year.

Chase started the party by losing his first tooth!

Then came the pinata that did not want to break

The kids could not do it, so the Dad's got in on it

Mark ended up taking the top off and Greg turned it upside down for the

kids to get round one of the candy

More bouncy house time then Andra felt it needed to be cleaned

When the party was over, we walked across the street to come home and do eggs

Spring Break Friday

Friday lunch with GREAT aunts, Alba and Alma

 then home to play

Spring Break Thursday

Lunch with Daddy

Then shopping, and the park (where we saw Micha)

and home to bake!

Spring Break Wednesday

Wednesday was Kiddie Park day.  For those from SA this is a staple.  It was there when I was growing up and most of the same rides are still there.

For Spring Break they had a petting zoo

 then to the boats

and back to the flying saucers

a few times

Then we went home and had a picnic and a "movie stand".

This is what Andra calls making popcorn at home and watching a movie.

I love Spring Break!

Spring Break Tuesday

Tuesday we headed over to the McNay art museum. 

The grounds of the museum are so nice.

The museum had some fun activities for the kids. 

Andra made a mask and a puppet but I was too close to get good pictures .

Then they had a hat area.

Then it was story time

 and then ice cream time

Spring Break Monday

We went to the Botanical Garden today for Spring break fun

They had lots for crafts.  Here Andra is making a mosquito.

 Then it was story time

 Then off to the trails to look for birds with the binoculars they made.

 Andra loved this part

 and fished and played with sand

From there we went to Landa library for playground time and a picnic with Z and C

 While we were there we saw a few people from Andra's school and even a friend of mine from high school and her family.  I did not get any pictures with Sarah, Matt and their girls because we had just sat down to eat

 I did not get many with Z and C because they do not like me and a camera
