Among other things, my parents gave Andra a doctor's kit. 

She has been asking for one for at least a year.  

 When we got home from the party she switched from humans to animals.

and if being a doctor or vet do not work out she can go back to singing

Party at Tia Manda's!

At Christmas Andra walked up to my sister, Amanda and told her that she was going to have a mermaid party at her house.  Thankfully Amanda said OK.

When we got there the kids showed Andra their new pet; goes with the dogs, chickens and goats.

 after lunch the kids went swimming

ok the cupcakes were to have Aerial and friends on them, but I left then at home.  No child complained that the cupcake was missing anything :)

 Then it was pinta time.  She first picked out a mermaid.  Then i reminded her what we did to pintas.  She then went to this flamingo.  I miss that flamingo.  He lived in the hallway for over a week and made me laugh everyday.

Once all the candy was out, the twins took it apart, the way only a brother and sister who are almost teenagers could....the pulled it apart.

The part was fun! I got to see my cousins that I do not get to see to often and Andra got to see hers too.

Happy Birthday Andra!

Before Andra went to bed we told her that the Birthday fairy would come if she went right to bed.  She was so excited that it was had for her to go to bad.  O'well she did and we set out her Little  Mermaid t-shirt and new princess figurines. My mom went out and got her balloons and flowers as well.  She was so very happy when she woke up. 

 Andra in her new t-shirt for school.  I am not a character t-shirt person; this is her first one.  I just do not like them.  Luckily Andra could not care less about what she wears.  So when she asked for this shirt I knew she really wanted it.  I did not get it for her when she asked for it but went back latter for the birthday fairly.

 I sent cupcakes to school. Her teacher asked me at back to school night if she was having a theme to her party this year.  I was not able to be there for her school party but she got to wear a crown all day and her teacher even made all crafts, books and lessons with a mermaid or ocean theme for the day.    Andra had a great day at school and was beaming when my mom and I picked her up.

First Day of Pre-K

Andra is at the same school she was at last year but in a new classroom.

She was very excited to be in Ms Yvonne and Ms Mira's class but glad that she got to see

 Ms Sara and Ms Sandra too.

She is back to being the youngest in the room but is with some of her friends from last year.

Andra needed a new helmet.  She was very excited to get a pink one.

She still has a large head :) her last helmet was said to fit till she was 5 (ha ha) and it has been small for over 6 months. 

This helmet is for a 5-8 year old.  Yes, she is almost 4 years old.

Sea World fun with friends

We went to Sea World with Tina and her kids.  I went to kindergarten with Tina and I think it is great that we are still friends.  She is who we stay with for a week each summer in Allen. 

Andra calls her kids her cousins. They are so cute together!

Night night

Andra loves her Angelina doll and Fancy Nancy.  One of my aunts gave her a Fancy Nancy nightgown two years ago and it finally fits.  Andra was so happy! Angelina was a gift from my parents last Christmas.  Angelina has her own bed but sleeps in many nights with Andra.

She said "Mom, you have to take a picture!"

One of Andra's friends lives a block away and she was going over for a play date but it was so hot that we did not want to walk.  Andrew and I were off to do errands in Alma's truck so we let her ride in the truck with out a car seat.  Yes, the bad parents that we are let her but understand that if we walked through Alma's house we were be at her friends.  Anyway, the 15 second ride made her so happy it was funny.  She was so disappointed when we picked her up in the car and she had to ride in her car seat.

My cousin is making her thesis movie ( she is getting her Masters degree from Kingston University in London) and Andra had the honor to be in the movie.

Sea World fun

 Andra and I have been to Sea World a few times this summer (the joy of passes, living in SA and being off in the summer ) but this time Andrew took a day off work to come with us!  Sea World during the week is so much better then on the weekends.  We spent most of the 101 degree day in the water park.
