Fiesta time

In San Antonio we have a 14 day party called Fiesta each year.  When I say "We" I mean the whole city.  On Friday schools are closed for the Battle of Flowers parade.  My friend Jennifer's family has a big party each year.  It is the BEST way to see the parade.

 

UT and aTm take turns marching in the day parade and the night parade (Fiesta Flambeau Night Parade ).  This was aTm's year to march in the day parade. A few of our friend's stood when the aTm band came by (yes they are aggie and we forgive them).  Andra asked why they were standing and I told her that it was their school band.  She said "ok", and did the Hook em sign.  It was great!

Then on Saturday we did the Pooch Parade.  Our dogs could not do the parade this year due to health problems but Andra loves all the dogs each year so we had to go.

Then it was off to the Texas Co-op party
