Cap 10k

So the reason we went to Austin was to run the Capital 10,000. It has been 11 years since Andrew and I ran this race for the first time together. We have done it most years since; i did not run it when I was pregnant with Andra but Andrew did. We have done it fast, slow and someplace in between. Some years we train, not so much other years. It is a great race and there are lots of fun things for Andra to look at each year. We had great fun this year! Now, I need to get Andrew to do a Half Marathon.
