Personally, I am so happy Andra loved the beach and the ocean. Andra jumped waves, face planted into the water, got hit by waves and laughed the whole time. I do now know what my parents had to deal with when they had to take turns in the water because I did not want to get out.

Sea World summer

This summer Andra and I went to Sea World alot!

Here are a few shots from the last few times we went. Andrew even got to come with us once!

When we all went she even got to go down one of the water slides by herself because I could go down first and then Andrew would come down after her. She LOVED it; even landing in 4ft of water and bouncing up because of her life jacket

Lunch with The Girls

On Sunday Andrew had lunch with Dan and Andra and I met Amy and her girls!

Our first stop was Kerby but then we went off to Serrano's.

The girls were so good at lunch while Amy and I chatted and then they had fun playing in Amy's new car.
Amy, I can not wait till the next time :)

Happy July 4th!

We went to Jim and Alba's to celebrate the 4th. I did not get many pictures due to having fun and just not thinking about it.

It was great to see everyone and wish it could have been a longer trip!

We went to the water park this time! Andra had a blast! She loved the water slide and wave pool the best.

Back in Texas

I will be up dating the blog over the next few days. We were in California from the 15th till today. We had a great vacation!! I will try to limit the pictures as we took over 1000. We had such a great time in San Diego, LA and Long Beach. Thank you Alma for taking care of our furry kids and thank you Terry, Bryan, Heather, Brian, Charlotte and Mason for letting us invade your houses.

Our day in LA

We spent one day in LA with my cuz who is an actress there but is getting ready to leave for grad school in England. She was nice enough to take us to all the tourist things. We met the Kodak theater and then went to the Grauman's Chinese Theater and the "Stars" around it.

I LOVE Angela Lansbury! Steph had to look up on her phone to see where it was. I am sure she thought it was going to be a long day that that point : )

then it was off to lunch!

no, she did not take us there, but "birds" was right across the street

One of the best things about our trip was that we did not eat at any chain restaurants (except our one trip to In and OUT). We ate local and it was soooooo good.

We then went on all the big roads Santa Monica, Sunset, Hollywood and ended up in and then off to Rodeo drive.

as we walked Andrew just stopped and told me I HAD to get a picture of this car. Mind you he had said this a few times on this trip and I had no idea what he was talking about. I missed pictures of the electric Tesla and an old Shelby Cobra. If you do not know this is a Bugatti Veyron (aka 1.2 Million!) and later in the day we say another one driving around. If Andrew got the car then I could shop here:Then we were off to Universal Studio.
